Hi, I'm Stefanie!

 

I'm a 23 year old girl living on Long Island, New York.

I graduated with a BS in Nutrition from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Currently, I'm a Dietetic Technician for North LIJ Huntington Hospital.

I'm an aspiring Registered Dietitian, and want to help others to live a healthy lifestyle.

I love to cook, bake and experiment with new creative dishes in the kitchen (minus the cleaning part).

Some of other little fun facts about me:

- I love to run. I ran cross country and track & field competitively in college. 

- So far, I have run 5 half marathons and 1 full marathon (NYC!)

- I have a cat named Tawny who I adore and love.

- In addition to running, I love to spin and go on the elliptical.

- I mostly follow a vegan diet, but will sometimes eat fish.

- My favorite guilty pleasure television show is Dance Moms

- I love to shop, and pamper myself by going to the salon and getting my nails done.

- I'm a coffee addict.

- I'd rather be in tights or sweat pants over jeans and fancy clothes.

- My favorite foods include oatmeal, soup, and anything chocolate. 

- My mom is my best friend.
